With so many pre-owned, like new used vehicles in stock, it’s no wonder why Inman Bros. Auto Mart has grown to be one of the top local dealerships in Selmer, TN. 

Jerry Inman, owner, has been in the car dealership for over 30 years. The business started as a partnership between him and his brother. Eventually, Jerry became the sole proprietor of the business.

To Jerry, the business serves an an opportunity for him to work with the public. Jerry prides himself on being able to negotiate with customers to get prices low enough so that even those who are financially challenged can afford a vehicle. Jerry takes his commitment to his customers very seriously, in that he will work to correct problems with the vehicle even after the sale.

Jerry recants the greatest blessing in his life as his ability to recover from a devastating tornado that occurred in 1991. He recalls this event as one that literally destroyed his business and almost took the life of his wife. Nevertheless, after a while, Jerry was able to re-establish his business and he continues to enjoy life with his wife, Peggy of 54 years. They are the proud parents of two children, Steve and Amy and have three wonderful grandchildren, Matt, Tessa, and Laura Kate.
